Het is druk in de lucht. Vooral door de komst van mobiele telefonie gaat het hard met de frequenties van het radiogolvenspectrum. Een oplossing is echter voorhanden: cognitieve radio. Geen vaste indeling meer, maar flexibel omgaan met frequenties
