Maar ik wil preface en sumarry niet als chapter aanduiden....zou ik op een of andere manier tel laten beginnen pas bij Introduction...?

Dat werkt ook, gewoon tableofcontents na de preface en summary verhuizen. Die komen dan respectievelijk op i en ii, de inhoudsopgave op iii.
