AMSTERDAM - Dat industrieel geproduceerd transvet slecht is voor de cholesterolgehaltes in het bloed, was al bekend. Maar ook natuurlijk transvet, dat voorkomt in bijvoorbeeld volle melk, roomboter, kaas, rundvlees en schapenvlees, heeft een ongunstig effect
