Een beginnend muizenoog in het laboratorium uit stamcellen kweken, is nu mogelijk, zo melden Japanse onderzoekers van het Riken centrum voor ontwikkelingsbiologie in Kobe. Zij slagen erin om stamcellen te organiseren in een 3-d oogstructuur met retina, ofwel oognetvlies
