Goedendag,
In mijn boek staat dat the properties of logarithmic functions follow from the corresponding properties
of exponential functions.
Bijvoorbeeld:
\(log_{a}(xy)=log_{a}(x)+log_{a}(y)\)
Ik weet dat geldt:
\(a^{x+y}=a^{x}a^{y}\)
Maar hoe toon ik nu aan dat bovenstaande logaritmische functie hieruit volgt?
Ik heb:
als
\(a^{x+y}=a^{x}a^{y}\)
geldt, dan geldt ook:
\(log_{a}(a^{x}a^{y}) = x + y\)
omdat geldt:
\(log_{a}(a^{x})=x\)
en
\(log_{a}(a^{y})=y\)
moet dus wel
\(log_{a}(xy)=log_{a}(x)+log_{a}(y)\)
gelden.
Klopt deze redenatie?
Alvast bedankt.
