Door Solid Liqued Extraction moesten we op school het cafeïne gehalte van thee bepalen.
Nu heb ik als resultaat:
0.0204 gram cafeïne in 8.92 gram thee = 0,23 %
Dit is erg weinig (mijn klasgenoten hebben gemiddeld rond de 3%
Ik heb zo mijn twijfels over de extinctie coëfficiënt die ik heb gebruikt.
ik heb als extinctie coëfficiënt 10^4.3
Zelf heb ik niet de literatuur om dit op te zoeken. Zou iemand mij kunnen helpen.
